Any candidate seeking local, statewide or national endorsements from Mason Professional Firefighters Local 4049 may request information from the Contact Us page.

All candidates will be required to complete a questionnaire to be reviewed by the Executive Board prior to consideration. If the endorsement is approved, the candidate will be provided with a marketing toolkit with approved logos and language from Local 4049.
